A customer can have an unlimited number of phone numbers, email and snail mail addresses and we make three street lines available. Maximum CRM includes lists of provinces and states for many countries, worldwide.
You can view customer purchases, see which mailing lists they're on, check pending installments and subscriptions. You'll be able to look at payment information (credit cards etcetera) and 'live' coupons. You can even tell whether a customer has been banned and why, and prevent banned customers from buying online.
An unlimited number of notes can be attached to each customer record, and each note can have an unlimited number of files attached to it.
You can send emails to customers from the customer's page, for seamless efficiency. Links can be attached to a customer's record. And display raw information including processed installments and transaction attempts.
Common sense order denial
If a customer doesn't match your conditions or criteria, you can prevent them from buying online. You can set the system to prevent selling an item to a competitor, or to a country where credit card fraud is widespread.
Order denial is based on email domain name, full email address or country, giving you plenty of opportunity to avoid problems.
Blocking sales to a banned email address helps you avoid communication problems with bounces, with a ban added automatically after three undelivered emails. (You can configure the number of bounces).
Tell-a-Friend facility
Tell-a-friend, or 'member-get-member', is a powerful marketing tool. It lets people who like your website, or have enjoyed your products and services, to send an email inciting friends to visit. You write the email text so you're in control of every aspect of your outbound messaging.
We've included a means of tracking referred friends so you can award a .pdf or money-off coupon prize when someone makes numerous referrals. It is good marketing practice to reward people who send a lot of useful traffic your way. As advocates of your business, they're extremely valuable.
Subscription handling
The seamless subscription element of Maximum CRM lets people buy access to private parts of your site, and it's customizable to suit your needs. You can set a subscription delay, changing how long it takes before the first renewal subscription charge is due.
Because customers can only access files for products they own, security is much improved. Infinitely better than lodging files somewhere non-secure in the hope nobody will guess where it is!
The initial price and subscription price are independent of each other. You can choose a setup fee at the beginning of the subscription, which later reverts to the regular fee. Use this feature to cover your expenses at the start of the subscription or give a break on the first payment.
And you can arrange for a failed payment email, for either subscriptions or products, to be sent automatically if the money doesn't come through.
Product handling
Maximum CRM uses estimates from UPS as a basis for calculating shipping costs. Handling an unlimited number of products, it supports arbitrary shipping prices so you can easily charge a flat amount for shipping to a specific country.
Conveniently, the product Description and Summary fields can be used in the CMS.
Adding installment fees automatically and including product types means maximum convenience. Displaying the Terms and Conditions by product, either in html or plain text, keeps your customers properly informed. And you control access to individual products with a simple on/off switch.
Flexible auto-sends
Accuracy is key to a good customer experience and repeat business is exactly what you want!
Maximum CRM lets you configure emails to specific customers when they buy a product. This way, instructions are sent automatically either to the customer, the fulfillment house or wherever else they need to go.
Accurate invoices
Keeping invoicing under control is vital for a healthy cash flow. And essential to good customer relations.
Maximum CRM calculates taxes automatically for 100% accuracy. You can set up invoices for payment by installments or in full.
It's wise to give people a variety of payment options. Payments can be handled either through the transaction system or manually. This way, customers can opt to pay by check and by other means requiring manual processing.
Most invoice calculations are carried out by the database. This ensures consistency when the data is updated outside the CRM system. And it'll help you develop a variety of useful custom features.
You can even set explicit discounts for each line item of your invoices, giving you enormous flexibility and a high level of control.
Smooth transactions

Feel free to add arbitrary meta tags! Create meta keyword tags using keywords that are specific to your pages. This is best practice for search engine optimization (SEO) as well as being essential for good navigation.
You can choose to redirect a URL to an arbitrary page, cloaking it without using a frame. This way, you can make external content look as though originates from your site and keep your brand under control. Or you can choose to support SEO by setting URLs to redirect without cloaking.
Multiple templates can be stored in the system's databases and your pages can refer to any template in the database. This makes it really easy to change the look and features of pages to suit your brand.
Personal administration
It makes sense to have all your stuff in the same place. So you manage your own 'to do' list inside the CRM system, placing the 'to do' window anywhere in your browser. It'll persist when you load new pages, which makes life much easier.
